Q: Is GID: A1234 same as either of GID: A01234, GID: A0000000001234, GID: 00A1234 or GID: A1234000?
A: No. GID Code is alphanumeric and leading zeros are valid characters. However you can add spaces to human readable part every 4 characters for better readability: GID: A-1234, GID: AA-AAAA-1234 and so on.

Q: Whis letter in GID: A01234 is considered first (least significant)?
A: GID Code is by definition printed BASE25 little endian, so A is the least significant. That being said, in implementation do not try to find any corelation or sequence between GID codes for verification purposes.
Only the first letter has a special meaning and for all intents and purposes GID Code is a string. All algorithms except for ranges should work with that it can be any allowed sequence of numbers and characters.
Example: GID Code, increments as follows: A1234 + 25 = A2234; 1234 + 1= 2234; XXXX + 3 = 20001 and so on.
